Redesign FireFly and Financial Services

We created a future vision roadmap for Diebold ‘s FireFly 2.0. with experiential, services, and technological aspects. The strategy and service roadmap on FireFly has been applied in Smart Cities and through a research on behaviors and financial services, we applied Diebol FireFly to Millennials implementing UI and UX assessment on product and service interaction.
